Refund Policy
In the event that you've purchased a ticket but can no longer attend PDF 2013, we encourage you to transfer your ticket to a friend or colleague - just let us know and we'll take care of it. If transferring your ticket is not an option, cancellations before May 8, 2013 will be subject to a 20% charge. Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable. Please send your refund inquiry to conference@personaldemocracy.com.
