Description
When we witness or hear of harassment, when do we choose to speak up or to stay silent? Participants in this workshop will explore what drives those choices, and the cumulative effects of action and inaction on who feels safe or welcome in our workplaces and communities. Workshop attendees will reflect on missed opportunities for intervention, and leave prepared to play an active role in building a safer environment for people of all identities.
