Miguel Arana Catania is the director of citizen participation of the Madrid City Council, where the international participation project Consul (www.consulproject.org) is developed. He has worked designing and implementing digital tools and participation strategies in innovation laboratories as Medialab-Prado, European projects such as D-CENT and in different political spaces such as Ahora Madrid or the 15M movement.
